  • At age 16, Anthony Marshall co-founded Lyricist Lounge in 1991. It began as five MCs hanging out in a rehearsal room and evolved into developing branded albums, DVDs, national music tours and expanded to television. The hip hop musical/comedy sketch, “The Lyricist Lounge Show” on MTV, became one of MTV's highest rated shows. Lyricist Lounge soon became a blueprint for discovering emerging hip hop MCs and a respected foundation of hip hop music and culture. Lyricist Lounge has organized and promoted hundreds of major hip hop showcase shows and multiple national concert tours, introducing millions of hip hop fans to up and coming talent while acting as a career platform for many of today’s superstars including Mos Def, Eminem, 50 Cent, Talib Kweli, Slick Rick, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Notorious B.I.G., Q-Tip, Common, The Roots, Black Eyed Peas and many more.
  • Co-developed the branded content reality television DJ competition series, "MASTER OF THE MIX" on BET/VH1 as a Creative Executive/Executive Producer at GTM. GTM is an award winning 360° marketing and branded entertainment agency with expertise in trendsetting global culture. 
  • Developed the "GREATER THAN AIDS" campaign as Creative Director for Kaiser Family Foundation/Greater Than Aids. 
  • As an Educator, at San Francisco State University - “Institute for the Next Generation Internet”, developed and taught a Digital Pathways program that helped young people in the Bay Area create pathways to their future in Media and Technology.
